1. General Policy
All subscriptions on Crack MBBS provide access to digital educational content (notes, mnemonics, videos, and related resources).
Since digital products cannot be returned once accessed, we follow a strict no-refund policy except in specific cases mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Technical Issues: If a payment is deducted but access to the subscription is not activated.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without the user’s authorization (subject to investigation).
Refund requests that do not fall under the above categories will not be entertained.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Inability to use the Website due to lack of internet access or device compatibility.
- Partially used subscriptions (e.g., if access has already been granted and content used).
- Sharing of login details with others leading to account suspension.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal (if applicable), but access will remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused days.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be sent to dr.adityakandamuru@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Third-Party Payment Gateways
All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways (such as Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal). Crack MBBS is not responsible for delays or errors caused by these services.
